Attendance Policy

IMPORTANT REMINDER
From Mr. Nersinger, Attendance Coordinator

All cast members are asked to attend every rehearsal.  Conflicts do arise.  Previous commitments such as athletic games, dance classes and family conflicts are acceptable excuses.  However, given that we do not over-rehearse, each rehearsal is important.  If cast members miss a rehearsal, they should have someone show them what was missed.

Please make sure you check in before each scene’s rehearsal. Because we have to account for you during rehearsals, we have to contact your family if you don't sign in. We also have to stop rehearsals to make sure everyone has signed in (and there's always at least one student who forgets to sign in)

If you know you can’t make it to rehearsal for any reason, please make sure that you notify Mrs. Bechtold (julieann.bechtold@greece.k12.ny.us) and Mr. Nersinger (mdn413@aol.com). Don’t forget that Mrs. Bechtold has an excuse box in her classroom (521) if you can’t send them an e-mail.
